Lady Gaga’s Public Display

In what we can only assume was an act of performance art, Lady Gaga recently took to the streets of Berlin wearing nothing but a seethrough dress and thong, and posed for a crowd of adoring fans. We can only hope that this is an exhibit she's planning to take on tour (next stop, NYC? Please?).
