A lawsuit filed last month target’s how Pornhub does their age verification for Modelhub users.

The lawsuit alleges, among other things that no age check exists. This is despite the fact that in their actual lawsuit, they give specific examples of the Pornhub verification process.

The lawsuit goes on to state that Pornhub has benefited financially from thousands—if not millions—of videos posted featuring underaged victims.

They go on to say that Pornhub does not require a person to even give their date of birth to become a verified member of the Model Hub program (which is not true).

Anyone who has ever applied for the Modelhub program on Pornhub knows that you have to give your legal name, date of birth, a copy of your government ID as well as the photo verification of you holding a handwritten sign. But who cares about a little thing like the truth to anti-porn organizations, eh?

Screenshots are going around right now showing that some porn stars are being paid as much as $2,000 by anti-porn organizations like NCOSE to recruit other porn stars in their fight against Pornhub.

Representing the “Jane Does” is Susan Godfrey (@SusmanGodfrey), a nationally recognized lawyer in commercial litigation.

They are also seeking class-action status for their suit.
