  • Sauna and Ice Baths:<br /><br />Sauna: Boosts circulation, aids muscle recovery, and promotes relaxation through heat-induced sweating.<br />Ice bath: Reduces inflammation, soothes sore muscles, and speeds up recovery by constricting bl00d vessels.<br /><br />Both are excellent forms of recovery methods. Ice baths I recommend before a workout, and do the sauna after 🫡❤️.
