I have 25 plus years as Firefighter/Paramedic and 35 years as a fitness enthusiast, personal trainer, gym apparel critic and fan, underwear and swimsuit reviewer/expert. I enjoy being a Life Coach, Divorced Father of two, metro sexual, now living my best life. I have a life full of experience and yet I find myself experiencing a lot of first time things.
