Audio/Video Quality: The True History of She-Male Cock is a compilation of older scenes shot by director Joey Silvera for Evil Angel. The scenes were presented in 1.33:1 ratio full frame color, some of them certainly weaker than Joey’s best works of late but all looking better than that coming from lower tier companies. The lighting in most cases was fair to good and the composition of the camera angles such that it provided a full transition from the illusion of the performers as women to the reality of their peckers in full view. The bitrate varied a lot but it looked okay in most cases, fans of the genre might prefer checking out more contemporary material for the best looking footage. The majority of the audio was presented in 2.0 Dolby Digital English (some of the scenes in their original foreign languages with English subtitles) with a 48 kHz sampling rate and 192 Kbps bitrate, most of the performers easily heard in the 14 scenes but not all.

Body of Review: Joey Silvera is the world renowned director at Evil Angel known for a variety of gonzo productions. In recent years, he has literally taken the “she-male” category by storm, offering up what many consider to be the best of the best when it comes to the genre. As such, he now offers a compilation of 14 scenes in the form of The True History of She-Male Cock, the titles and cast listed below for those interested. While there are no new scenes exclusive to this production, those new to the TS genre might find this selection of scenes to their liking, few of the men looking as effeminate as some of the new players in the field but the array of body types and looks generally indicative of many in the field. Summary: The True History of She-Male Cock by director Joey Silvera for Evil Angel was at its best when it showcased performers like Vanity (the newer spelling with an extra “i” apparently coming after the scenes were shot a few years back) but your mileage will definitely vary substantially. For my tastes, I preferred scenes like Vanity doing genetic female Ariana Jollee or his solo scene at the end, the production as a whole probably best considered a look at how the genre has evolved over time with Joey at the helm. Considering the double disc release lasted almost six hours and served as a sampler for some well received genre flicks should be viewed on a positive note, most of the men able to maintain an erection unlike so many transgender performers from the earlier days in porn. As such, it might be suitable to rate it as a Rent It unless you know what you’re getting into, or as much, much higher for those wanting to sample older flicks before making the purchase but I think it would have been much better if the second disc had had some of the technically improved widescreen scenes where more effeminate performers like Mia Isabella make better inroads to that gender bending dynamic some fans simply adore. In short, The True History of She-Male Cock was a basic collection of transsexual scenes from the last six years or so, a few titles mined too deeply for my preferences, but an overall fair look at some of Joey’s favorite niche offerings.
